I joined in arguing for it back in January when Kristol left.

Despite many disagreements, reading him has helped make social conservatism digestible to me -- which is no small feat. After the Kristol debacle his column is sure to be a joy to read.

In my estimation Ross is quite probably one of the most thoughtful and intellectually honest commentators out there -- left or right.

Sometimes the good guys really do win.
