But while we're on the subject of IT, here's one of my favorite tech tips that not enough people use..... learn to wheel-click on links to open them in tabs, i.e. press the mouse wheel vertically down like gravity.

Similarly you can wheel-click up on the tab bar to close a tab. It's extremely handy for browsing. The only unfortunate thing is most laptops don't have a wheel nor a middle mouse button.
