One of the less-iconic bumper stickers of George Bush's presidency harked back to the impeachment of Bill Clinton. The sentiment was that Mr Bush was such a failure that it made one ask what Mr Clinton had done to deserve his historical asterik. The text was, "Give him a blow job so we can impeach him already".
