Obama fails first test on civil liberties?

Glenn Greenwald, one of President Bush's most outspoken critics, says Obama "has failed resoundingly and disgracefully".

I'm not familiar with this case but I do hope it gets resolved for the better because I'm not quite ready to tap into Bush administration levels of outrage. It's exhausting.
