The 2009 Historians Presidential Leadership Survey

C-SPAN:
Sixty-five presidential historians and experts surveyed by C-SPAN rank George W. Bush 36th overall out of 42 Presidents. While even Hoover fares higher, Bush's "legacy" bests only those of Fillmore, Harding, Harrison, Pierce, Johnson and Buchanan. Meanwhile--Clinton, Kennedy and Reagan remain in the top 20.
