(meme) Elected representatives, their Capitol Hill staffers -- as well as the media and general public -- are as-yet unable to get a copy of the new $800 billion stimulus that's been conferenced between the House and Senate leadership.
But reportedly the lobbyists on K street do have access ... score one for special interests, as usual.
So for the stimulus at least, no transparency change from previous years...just more of the same.
