I'm concerned about prison rape also, and there's no correlation between worrying about that issue & the treatment of foreign prisoners in wartime. They are very two different issues.
ReplyDeletePrison rape can affect anyone imprisoned, including those in for non-violent crimes, or even potentially innocent victims held in jail before being cleared at trial.
