And he funded programs against AIDS in Africa, which is great if you like government doing that sort of thing instead of relying on private charity.
And Medicare part D, which is great if you like huge handouts to drug companies which originate as a cynical ploy to firm Florida in the Republican column.
And he greatly increased the power of the executive branch to wage war and disregard American privacy.
And let's see... uhm ... maybe that's it for "successes" ?
