Update: in a follow-up, Nate falls short of calling RCP biased. I think the evidence of their being pro-McCain in small, inconsistent, unforgivable ways is pretty clear, but I understand Nate wanting to be conciliatory since he's a competitor and doesn't want to make this personal.
