I like to think about these things in simple day-to-day life terms and when I do I think about it this way; If I walk into a nice home as a guest I'm going to be very careful, but if I walk into a nasty looking place I might just light up a cigarette and put my feet up on the coffee table. That has nothing to do with this video but whenever I think of "broken window" that's all that ever comes to mind.
